Refund / Return Policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (less shipping costs). 

Regulated items purchased from punisherbuilt.com can be returned as long as they are still in the receiving FFL’s possession. These items are subject to a restocking fee (15% or $35 – whichever is greater) and the return shipping fee to be deducted from any refund.

Be sure to inspect the item thoroughly for any possible defects or blemishes before picking up from the receiving FFL dealer; failure to do so will result in the item being non-returnable.

If you notice any defects or blemishes, please reach out to us directly at customerservice@punisherbuilt.com and provide photos. We will do our best to review and contact you within 24-48 hours with the best possible solution: replacement (if available), refund or store credit.

In some cases, we may be able to offer a discount on the item depending on the severity of the blemish.

If there are no visible defects at the time of pick up, but later discovered during the build/assembly – we will facilitate an exchange with the manufacturer.

Services add-ons, such as custom Cerakote and / or Gunsmithing services are non-refundable.

When submitting the return request, please be as detailed as possible. If the return is approved for return shipping reimbursement, we will require a copy of the receipt.

Non-returnable items:

*Gift cards 
*Any item purchased as an open box, used, blemished or “Blem” product.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
*Any Ammunition.
*Any Reloading supplies including primers, bullets, cases, and powder.

Refunds (if applicable)

Returns take 4-6 business days from the date we receive the return at our facility.

If your return meets the criteria set forth above, then your full refund will be processed (less shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
